Club Sports Keys<\/strong><\/p>\n

Listed below is the procedure for checking out the Club Sports Keys that give you access to the outdoor Club Sports fields and storage areas. In order to check out the keys you must follow the four requirements listed below:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. \u00a0Be on the Club Sports List. (All officers from every club are on the list)<\/li>\n
  2. \u00a0Have your Butler Student ID.<\/li>\n
  3. \u00a0When you check out the keys you must<\/strong> fill out the Club Sports Key Check Out form at the HRC front desk with a Building Supervisor.<\/li>\n
  4. \u00a0Return the keys by 5:00 PM the following day<\/strong>.\n
      \n
    • The keys must be returned by the same person who checked them out!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      *The cost for replacing lost keys will fall on the club that last checked them out.<\/p>\n

      If you need access to Athletic Facilities such as the Athletic Turf Field 3 or the Tennis bubble, follow the steps below:<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Be an officer on the Club Sports List<\/li>\n
      2. Have your Butler ID<\/li>\n
      3. Check the keys out from BUPD<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        \n

        If you need access to the locked indoor storage cabinets, follow the steps below:<\/p>\n

        1. Be a Club Sports Officer<\/li>\n
