Below is a sample of a Budget Report.\u00a0 Every Club Sport President will get a copy of their Budget Report e-mailed to them at the middle of every month.\u00a0 The report will reflect all the budget transactions that occurred during the previous month.\u00a0 It also includes year to date postings. \u00a0It is important to check your budget reports carefully to make sure all payments and reimbursements are accurate.\u00a0 If you have questions regarding your report please contact Joyce.<\/p>\n

1.\u00a0 <\/em><\/strong>This item indicates what type of report is being produced and what month and year it is for.<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0 <\/em><\/strong>This item has the name of the report, the program code and name of the corresponding Club Sport.<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0 <\/em><\/strong>The program code is five digit account number that is assigned to each Club Sport.<\/p>\n

4.<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 Name of the Club Sport<\/p>\n

5.\u00a0 <\/em><\/strong>\u00a0This number indicates the dollar amount that is available in your budget at the beginning of the reporting \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 period.\u00a0\u00a0 Prentices around the number indicates a positive balance and funds are available to spend.\u00a0 If \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 there are no prentices around the number then no funds are available and the budget has a deficit.<\/p>\n

6.\u00a0 <\/em><\/strong>This number represents the total dollar amount that was spent during the current period.\u00a0 If a dollar \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 amount is not present then no funds were spent.<\/p>\n

7.\u00a0 <\/em><\/strong>This number indicates the ending balance for the reporting period.\u00a0 The dollar amount shown will carry \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 over to the next reporting period and become the beginning balance.<\/p>\n

8.\u00a0 <\/em><\/strong>This line shows all of the total balances for the reporting period.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
