Over the weekend Butler Men’s Club Soccer hosted a round robin on campus with Ball State and Bellarmine. Butler went 1-0-1 with a tie against Ball State (1-1) and a win over Bellarmine (4-0). Captain and President, Austin Powell (JR), scored a free kick goal with 3 seconds left on the clock to escape with a tie against Ball State. Alex Reinke (FR), Viktor Stepjic (SO), Ryan Toering (FR), and Zach Towle (SR) all got their names on the scoresheet with a goal each vs. Bellarmine. Brendan Spencer (JR) also gets credited with a shutout vs Bellarmine with half a dozen saves.
