Club Sports Keys
Listed below is the procedure for checking out the Club Sports Keys that give you access to the outdoor Club Sports fields and storage areas. In order to check out the keys you must follow the four requirements listed below:
- Be on the Club Sports List. (All officers from every club are on the list)
- Have your Butler Student ID.
- When you check out the keys you must fill out the Club Sports Key Check Out form at the HRC front desk with a Building Supervisor.
- Return the keys by 5:00 PM the following day.
- The keys must be returned by the same person who checked them out!
*The cost for replacing lost keys will fall on the club that last checked them out.
If you need access to Athletic Facilities such as the Athletic Turf Field 3 or the Tennis bubble, follow the steps below:
- Be an officer on the Club Sports List
- Have your Butler ID
- Check the keys out from BUPD
If you need access to the locked indoor storage cabinets, follow the steps below:
- Be a Club Sports Officer
- Email clubsports@butler.edu with a date and time to schedule equipment pick-up
