Dues

At the discretion of each club president, a club can charge its members dues in order to increase funding. How teams determine these dues and choose to collect them is up to each team individually. Clubs that charge dues are more likely to receive higher amounts of funding if requested because they are showing that their members are committed and the club is not relying solely on their allocations.

 

Collecting Dues: 

A club can collect dues online using the Giving/Payment form* provided on the Club Sports Website.

*When using the Giving/Payment Form, please note under the “Note on Payment” section that you are                          paying for dues*

 

Depositing Dues:

The club’s treasurer should be entrusted to collect all dues and transfer them to Joyce. Here is the process for depositing dues with Joyce:

                        Check: Put in appropriate envelope outside Joyce’s office and send an email (jradford@butler.edu)                                          letting her know a drop-off has been made.

                        Cash: NO LONGER ACCEPTED IN THE HRC.
